Hey, everyone!

I understand that there are a lot of frustrations when clicking a link and seeing this error. This isn't an experience we want for our users. However, we also do not want a thread turning into an unconstructive conversation that does not help us investigate what is happening here. We are listening to you all and currently digging into what is happening but we continue to need more information, and encouraging users to move to another browser inhibits our ability to investigate.

    I'm having the same problem... Edge browser on a laptop running windows 10.

    I do not know where to enter this string "AMC0215AR-1010LUO-TMEP439"

    Your instructions are vague and confusing.

    At this point, I have switched to getting my news another way, and simply will not go back to using Microsoft News

    Thanks for the info. I too, switched to Google Chrome and has no issues. I did some research and found that Edge has a long history of issues. Many users have the same error and there doesn't appear to a fix in the near future. Google works fine with MSN and far less aggrivation.

    Many are having the same issue. I have been having it for about 10 days and Microsoft seems to be unable to provide a fix. What I did what migrate over to Google Chrome which has no issues and a history of stability. Edge has many issues over the years.
