I cannot understand why Microsoft have limited the number of Quick Links able to be displayed on the home page to eight. I have been using Firefox for several years and found that with up to 16 available, I can cover the the sites I uses regularly (although I don't use all 16).
To not even, say, allow an option to increase the number seems to be unnecessarily controlling/limiting.
I have submitted this as formal feedback, I hope more people do so.

Deborah, please submit formal feedback to Microsoft requesting this, use: Alt-Shift-i in the browser (or from the 3-dots top-right, "help and feedback"
The more requests they receive through the feedback channel, the more likely they are to update it.
Thank you for telling me how to leave feedback. I had no idea. And I also think that this is a really stingy number of quick links. Fingers crossed that they actually listen to the users.
According to the top feedback for February, it says : Top Feedback Summary for February 9 - Microsoft Tech CommunityPlanned for this month.
So it is very soon.
Really. Are they talking about December 2021? My Edge browser ONLY allows me to have 8, eight quick links.
I agree.
