I cannot understand why Microsoft have limited the number of Quick Links able to be displayed on the home page to eight. I have been using Firefox for several years and found that with up to 16 available, I can cover the the sites I uses regularly (although I don't use all 16).
To not even, say, allow an option to increase the number seems to be unnecessarily controlling/limiting.
I have submitted this as formal feedback, I hope more people do so.

Totally support this - not using edge as my default browser until there are at least 16 quick links
Are you sure "Top Sites" is the same as "Quick Links"?
Yes, in this context. However, they aren't precisely the same thing. Quick linksare user-configurable, so you can put the sites you want there. Top sitesare found by the browser and record more or less the sites you visit most often. If you don't specify any quick links, Edge will start with a default set, which will gradually be replaced by Top sites as you use the browser. You may be able to see Top sites if you right-click on the program's taskbar icon; this functionality isn't set in stone and may not be available for some users.
The quote from the Top Feedback Summary clearly refers to Quick links and is probably a misnomer.

But I know I have 32 tiles (quick links) on my fire fox home page.

You can also post this in the techcommuntiy microsoft in edge insiders as well.
It is in testing , so that is good.
I am not afflicated by Microsoft. I am a big fan of Micorsoft and my knowledge, I think it will come and it will not be this month and a few months later.
