Good evening.

After this last updating of Microsoft Edge, the pen icon is missing. I like to save and write on my Web pages. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Thank you

WAIT, you did away with the #1 thing that made me use Edge over Google? WHY? That was one of the best feature. I do love some of the updates, but what gives Edge the edge over Google now?  I have been racking my brain to figure out where this stupid pen icon went to . I'm so glad that I found these comments finally . I loved and relied heavily on that pen icon . I'm just not sure if edge is worth continuing over Google Now . Sigh. Bring this feature back, please.

I'm with Kristin! What are you doing??? You have to bring this back, otherwise why would anyone bother to use this browser??? What are they thinking???

Agree, this is VERY disappointing. I bought my first surface within the past 6 months. At first, I had been using Chrome as my primary browser until a Microsoft associate pointed out the ability to mark up webpages in Edge using the Surface Pen. This was a game changer and I've been using Edge ever since (or at least until I I "upgraded" to the latest version). I cannot understand the rationale behind this change :( --very disappointing.

If anyone knows how I can go back to the old version of EDGE, please advise.

Click on the tip twice and you will launch an additional window, this is the new "Inking on workspace" then you will be able to start writing on the existing document like before. you are able to adjust the pen settings to your preference (click once or twice) in your "pen settings". hope this helps.
