Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Good evening.
After this last updating of Microsoft Edge, the pen icon is missing. I like to save and write on my Web pages. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
Thank you

I agree. Been using hours looking for this pen!!! I should have found it mentioned in the help sides for Edge - that the pen has gone. But there it's nothing about it.
This is very disappointing. I will go back to use chrome. Microsoft is moving backward for some crazy reason. Inking on the web feature was a really great one that for somereason they removed it.
Sure you are using Edge Dev/Canary browser? This would not be available in stable.
@all those who are complaining that no, this isn't good, I am just a volunteer/MVP having no connection with MS. Feel free to send feedback to MS using Alt+Shift+I buttons.
I used "windows ink workspace button"/ "Snip and Sketch". I right clicked on the taskbar, then checked off "Show windows ink workspace button". Hope this helps some.
Alright, no worries.
Part 1:
- Open edge://flags
- Search for Experimental web platform flag.
- Enable the same.
- Restart the browser.
Part 2:
- After that, press Ctrl+Shift+S to open web capture.
- Capture the part of the screen you want to ink.
Click Add notes which would allow you to Draw/add notes.

I followed the steps and there were no options to do the following "Click Add notes which would allow you to Draw/add notes."
