I am William, an independent advisor and I offer support to other users.
For Security purposes, older versions are not provided officially by Microsoft. There are some very old versions here which you may try.

If you want to revert to Legacy Edge (currently v.44.18362.449.0), you would have to uninstall the new version and then block the automatic upgrade. Legacy Edge would then be re-instated.
If you want to use both versions side by side, it gets a bit complicated. You'll find detailed instructions in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/deployedge/microsoft-edge-sysupdate-access-old-edge

This did not work. It turned into something called Microsoft Canary. Do you happen to know what this is and if its safe.
