    I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    You are referring to the news feed on the new tab page, correct?

    If so, do the following.

    1. In MS Edge, open a new tab and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page;
    2. Select "Advanced";
    3. Under "Language & content", change to the desired language.

    Knowing that this menu will probably be in Chinese for you, I'll leave some screenshots that should help you see the location of the option.
