videos in windows edge keep stopping and restarting

The videos in Edge keep stopping and restarting. Some go for 18 seconds, other go almost all the way to the end then start over. I have done all the so called "fixes" I have found on the internet, and nothing works. The problem only happens when watching videos in Edge home page. Videos in Facebook and others work fine.

    Correct on Microsoft not worried about it. They claim Edge is the best, wrong!

    If it was one of those issues, I would think it would do it in all videos. Does not do it in Google, YouTube or other programs. Just does it in Edge. Also, I have tried just about everything you suggested and no difference.

    1: eero 6 mesh router speed test 150+mbs

    2:16GB ram, terabyte of storage.

    3: Checked it, clean it up.

    4: Plugins turned off.

    5: If the file is corrupted it has to be on Microsofts side because I have done all of the above on three computers and and my neighbors and nothing, nadda, zilch.
