videos in windows edge keep stopping and restarting

You really have to wonder at the support here. Why are these people being hired? I can't recall the last time I saw a problem solved on answers.microsoft.com. It's usually a conversation "reboot" "erase everything", "get a new computer", "try ignoring it for a few months". Eventually the OP gives up and goes away. They could save money by getting rid of the Agents. On the other hand, the postings I have seen do not pass the Turing test, so I'll bet they aren't real people. Not AI either, just a script that offers the same useless guidance for all questions.

I only use Chrome and I have this issue where an MSN video restarts at the beginning part way through the video. Has been going on for several months now. All the "turn on this" and "turn off that" and "try doing this" should not have to happen. The videos played fine beforehand, so these "tries" are not the problem and didn't need tweaking before some programmer changed the coding. For the love of everyone's sanity, put the video programming back the way it was.

Interesting we get no response from Microsoft. It is like they want it that way for some reason.
