The videos in Edge keep stopping and restarting. Some go for 18 seconds, other go almost all the way to the end then start over. I have done all the so called "fixes" I have found on the internet, and nothing works. The problem only happens when watching videos in Edge home page. Videos in Facebook and others work fine.

Others have reported the issue with other browsers also, but it seems to be only with videos hosted by msn. I avoid using msn and never have the problem.
If I turn off my Ad Blocker (Adguard), I no longer get the problem. Turn on the ad blocker and it happens every time.
I discovered if I put the cursor on the white line indicating the running time of the video, it has prevented it from restarting.
I don't use Adguard and nothing makes it work right no matter what I do with the adblocker I do use.
I turned off all extensions, including ad & cookie blockers when first trying to fix it, but it still happened.
