The drop down box does drop down but it is blank, I am signed in and have tried logging in and out of my account to no avail.

Maybe you don't remember having to pay for upgrades and load them from floppy discs. Sure there are problems with millions of lines of code but computers and support has never been better.
I was IT person in 70's and we always going back to older version in matter minutes. I always use Microsoft products maybe time change to Apple.
I just loaded foxfire.
I do (remember MS-DOS Executive?) and quality and support have gotten far worse. It’s what drove me to Apple.
