The drop down box does drop down but it is blank, I am signed in and have tried logging in and out of my account to no avail.

This is a bug in the most recent update for the edge browser affecting everyone, myself included. I would recommend sending a feedback using alt + shift + I keys together. Apart from this you will sadly need to wait until a fix has been released.
Same problem, it's been driving me crazy. Glad to hear it's not my PC.

When will Microsoft be releasing a fix for the malfunctioning Share button in the updated Edge software. I have been forwarded four or five responses concerning the Share button not working and being told that it is affecting everyone who is using the latest Edge update. I am told I and everyone else will have to wait for the fix to be released. When will that be ...
I press share to be able to send a web page via email and a blank window comes onto the screen ... this has gone on now for far too long.
