How do I get rid of REMOVE Ads Total adblock Please help an 80 year old grandma

Here's what you'll need to do:

> Open MS Edge

> Click on ... button on top right corner

> On the list, locate and then click on Extensions

> At the new list, locate Total Adblock, and then click on the ... button on its right

> Now, click on Remove from Microsoft Edge

> Confirm the removal by click on the Remove button

> After the removal is completed, open and close MS Edge again and check if the issue persists

This does not work for me. I followed the steps to delete and remove, but the Total Adblocker Extension continuedly reinstalls itself and takes over my Edge webpage with Total Adblocker advertisements. I scanned my PC with Norton and Malwarebytes and still can not stop this. I run Windows 10 with weekly updates.

I'm trying to permanently delete or block the pop up for Total Adblock. Edge extensions dosen't have the extension for totaladblock in Edge how can I delete what I don't have?
