Recently upgraded to the new chromium version of Edge.
The pen & ink settings aren't the same as the last version.
Not able to change the pen color, pen size, select pencil or highlighter if I open a pdf file in edge & try to write on it.
What happened to the choices?
Are there settings to change them?
Do I have to do a screen shot first?
Used to be able to write in real time on an open pdf file.

Hey, this is another one facing the same problem.
Tried the methodology mentioned above but got stuck into the uninstallation process.
System isn't allowing the uninstallation off the PC!
Please let me know how were you able to get away through this mess.
This is so absurd and annoying! I am beyond irritated! I solely relied on this to do my homework without actually writing on my books. I am trying various apps to get them to do the same task but i simply can't. Why would they update without having the previous settings, it was literally the only thing keeping me from switching to an ipad. Goodbye Microsoft!
How do I go back to the old version. Cant stand the lettering. Too hazy.
My machine will not let me uninstall Edge.
The ability to quickly edit files using the touch screen on my 2-in-1 is the only thing that I use it for over my macbook.
Maybe don't automatically overwrite software with unfinished stuff that drops key functionalities? Because it's phenomenally annoying? Thanks!!

Yeah! I really don´t know why Edge Chromium was released WITHOUT some awesome tools already existentes on "ancient" Edge (legacy).
I am another unhappy user that has a Surface Pro and used it to make note, appointements and do corrections on pdf files. Now, after the "new and worderfull Edge" (sarcasm mode ON) I loose the option of highlight text and the pen seems to be less precise. :(
I tried to downgrade to legacy Edge, but my computer did automatically the upgrade and I don´t have this option. It stuff Works only if someone has installed Chromium Edge by conscious(?) will.
I read an loooked on many communities ways to deal with and nothing... YES! I also tried to use "Edge://flags" and turn on the option of "Enable highlight pdf files". I restarted Edge, even the computer and nothing happens.
