Recently upgraded to the new chromium version of Edge.
The pen & ink settings aren't the same as the last version.
Not able to change the pen color, pen size, select pencil or highlighter if I open a pdf file in edge & try to write on it.
What happened to the choices?
Are there settings to change them?
Do I have to do a screen shot first?
Used to be able to write in real time on an open pdf file.

Meanwhile pen and ink is here, but not usable. I used old Edge to sign PDF contracts, but the new Edge makes my signature shaky so it looks like I'm having Parkinson. Will there be an update or do you have any workaround? In the meantime I work with a free app from the Microsoft store to sign my PDFs, but that's not the way it should be.
Does Microsoft look at these posts or are we just complaining amongst ourselves. Microsoft has not responded to this issue at all. I originally purchased the Surface for this function and then they go and disable it!
Go to start menu on lower left. curser down to microsoft edge. Once you find it right click and the choose uninstall and follow instruction. You will get the old version. If not go to microsoft app store and look for the old version and download it. It will be a different color icon.
You can delete the new version of edge and you can use the pen and highlight functions BUT you will lose other aspects and functions of Edge. I bought my lap top because of the ink and pen functions and for Microsoft to disable this function in their so called enhancement is poor customer service.
