Recently upgraded to the new chromium version of Edge.
The pen & ink settings aren't the same as the last version.
Not able to change the pen color, pen size, select pencil or highlighter if I open a pdf file in edge & try to write on it.
What happened to the choices?
Are there settings to change them?
Do I have to do a screen shot first?
Used to be able to write in real time on an open pdf file.

My machine will not let me uninstall Edge.
The ability to quickly edit files using the touch screen on my 2-in-1 is the only thing that I use it for over my macbook.
Maybe don't automatically overwrite software with unfinished stuff that drops key functionalities? Because it's phenomenally annoying? Thanks!!

Yeah! I really don´t know why Edge Chromium was released WITHOUT some awesome tools already existentes on "ancient" Edge (legacy).
I am another unhappy user that has a Surface Pro and used it to make note, appointements and do corrections on pdf files. Now, after the "new and worderfull Edge" (sarcasm mode ON) I loose the option of highlight text and the pen seems to be less precise. :(
I tried to downgrade to legacy Edge, but my computer did automatically the upgrade and I don´t have this option. It stuff Works only if someone has installed Chromium Edge by conscious(?) will.
I read an loooked on many communities ways to deal with and nothing... YES! I also tried to use "Edge://flags" and turn on the option of "Enable highlight pdf files". I restarted Edge, even the computer and nothing happens.

I also wish to uninstall the new edge.
Same problem.
But when I get to the Uninstall button, it's greyed out and I can't click it.
Is there anotehr way to uninstall it and get the old edge version?
Agrees... Surface or any digital pen support for the new Edge is a must! I won't even look at it, even when installed via Windows Update, until Chrome Edge has full digital pen support (including but not limited to: line size, color, ect).
HEY..... I unfortunately updated to new version of Microsoft edge... 2 days back... didn't know I would lose colours for draw option. I still don't have the drop-down option to select a colour on my laptop.... is it the old version that u r using or the new? cause for me the drop-down is not visible(new version user). is it different for monitor user and laptop user?
