Starting today (1/4/2022), whenever I click on a news article in the New Tab page, the Microsoft Start page is displayed instead. How do I stop that from happening?

I'm having the same problem, but, fwiw, it is working on my Galaxy S10 Android phone. So it may have something specifically to do with the version of Edge. (I'm running Edge on Windows 11)

I think you're right. Like everyone else it started today. I am also running Windows 11. I don't think it actually has anything to do with Edge but some settings/redirect or something else Microsoft has slipped into Edge for Windows 11. As I said if I want the feeds on MSN I would open my Widgets window (which I never do).

I just noticed it doesn't do it if you click on a Microsoft ad. Interesting.

This has nothing to do with Windows 11. Exactly the same happens with the latest MS Edge Dev version on a Windows 7 computer.

The reported fix did not work for me. Microsoft needs to fix this ASAP.

    Thanks,
