Starting today (1/4/2022), whenever I click on a news article in the New Tab page, the Microsoft Start page is displayed instead. How do I stop that from happening?

Had the problem this morning. I was able to go to my AOL browser instead and find the same news there. I will go there continually unless Microsoft fixes this. Microsoft continues to make things more complicated and continues to have more problems. If they don't fix it I am leaving Microsoft behind.
did you pay for my computer? I did not pay three grand on a computer, so it could tell ME what it's going to do/ and not going to do. I don't want this service. Keep it up I'm going to just pay extra for the Apple (same form of concubine/**** compony )but at least a different name). You're like the Walmart of computer companies. Just wanted you to know.
I experienced the same issue with Windows 10 starting today. Reinstalled Edge and in the site permissions I blocked the MSN start page but I still get redirected. It must be a Microsoft issue.
It's a ploy to get everyone to switch to chrome and forget microsoft due to their incompetence!!!
