Webpages do not load until I hit the refresh button several times. Happens 80% of the pages I try to open.

    This seemed to work for me. It might or it might not work for you.

    I have Xfinity, I logged into the routers admin by typing in the address 10.0.0.1.

    Login using your user name and password for the router. If you don't know it, you probably will need to call Comcast to help you with that.

    Get a tall cup of coffee (or two) before you call, more often than not it will take awhile to actually speak to someone and hopefully you will be able to understand what they are saying because again more often than not you will get someone with a heavy foreign accent speaking to you.

    If you did login to the router's admin section, great.

    Now on the left hand side click on the "Connection" menu item. From the dropdown menu click on "MoCA".

    On the next screen enable MoCA.

    It might take awhile, a few seconds or longer than a minute for it to setup, then try using your browsers again. Hopefully it worked for you.

    Of course, if you have another router just look for the "MoCA" settings on your particular router and enable it.

    If this does not work for you then you can always disable MoCA and try a different method.

    I agree with you 100% and Microsoft has done nothing to fix it. I've asked for help but its a black hole. Tell me reboot one mo' time!

    Those using Microsoft PC Manager, uninstalling it seems to solve the issue for me.

    I had to buy a new computer because my old one was a dinosaur. New computer came with Windows 11. (I had no choice in the matter.)

    I have tried everything in this thread that I actually understand.

    When I clear everything, it works ... for a few days. Unacceptable.

    I'm at the point of going back to my old computer. It was reliable but it was slow.

    QUESTION: If I get rid of all of my files/pictures/etc on my old computer, will that speed it up?
