Webpages do not load until I hit the refresh button several times. Happens 80% of the pages I try to open.

    Webpages do not load until I hit the refresh button several times. Happens 80% of the pages I try to open.

    I can't open the database in my school library website when connecting my own mobile phone hotspot, but I can open other web pages. I can open these databases normally when connecting other people's hotspots. What is the problem?

    I am having this issue with Chrome, but its only Chrome no other brower.

    I have cleared the cache, rebooted the computer but it still happens and its on both my laptop and desktop, which I used in two separate buildings so different internet connections.

    Everything else works fine its just Chrome web browers.

    Try Chrome in Incognito mode. That will disable extensions and ignore cached files.

    Any difference?
