Webpages do not load until I hit the refresh button several times. Happens 80% of the pages I try to open.

    2 laptop 3 desktop with window 10 and one with window 11 with reinstall all of them still do it

    The problem is still persisting, even after those changes? I want to make sure I know what your issue is entirely before I give you a recommendation. Are you having an issue with the webpages loading, so you have to refresh until it loads?

    I have a Dell laptop and a HP on my network and only the Dell has the issue.
