Webpages do not load until I hit the refresh button several times. Happens 80% of the pages I try to open.

    I turned off the DNS per your instructions and it seemed to work well for me. However that was very short lived and the problem is just as bad now as it was. Thanks for trying.

    I just brought up my google accounts for settings/preferences purposes. Not sure if it's relevant or not, but I figured more info is better than not enough! lol.

    I do use Webroot here in my office on multiple networked computers, as well as multiple at home. Only my work computer does it.

    I will try your suggestions when it happens again. I know it would be tomorrow but after today I'm off until next Tuesday. But I'll for sure try it then. I appreciate your help!
