Other issues or features related to Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
After adding URL's in IE mode pages it has a expire days of 30. I would like to know how to extend more than 30 days as per InternetExplorerIntegrationLocalSiteListExpirationDays policy.
Please help.

Any help with this working would be appreciated
We have 4 Profiles under C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data
looks like Profile1 is the one it is the only one with our email address
have closed all edge using task manager
neither ps1 or vbs works, why?
The Guest Profile gets created when you select "Browse as Guest". Nothing unusual there. Your main profile is currently "Profile1". That appears to be the profile that has issues. I would need a copy of that file to help troubleshoot further:
"C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Profile 1*Preferences*"
If you would like to try one more thing on your own, you could try the PowerShell version of the script and see if the results are any different.
As I mentioned earlier, please open an issue on the IEModeExpiryFix GitHub page. This forum is not the correct place to continue a troubleshooting discussion for that script. Thank you.
Note: If you can't get the script to work correctly, an alternative is to create a small VBS script to launch IE to that government web site. Example: https://github.com/LesFerch/SampleCode/blob/main/VBS-misc/LaunchIE.vbs
Open the EDGE folder and find that there are two folders with script backup files inside. Was it caused by the wrong question? Thanks for all the professional help.
Because the government unit has a system that needs to use the old version of IE to browse the webpage, if you use EDGE, you need to add a new URL every 30 days.
to determine why that's happening. The script makes a backup copy of your preferences file in the same folder.
You can use the GitHub page to open an issue, if you would like to work with me to troubleshoot.
