I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback but can't!

I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

Thanks for nothing!!

    I never resolved my issue. I never received any money out of this I think it's a total scam.

    You're a load of **** this never works. I have added my phone number multiple times and then it tells me that this alias cannot be added to this account I think this is a total scam you have no intentions of paying money out to anyone scammers.

    yes. The issue is that I have an account using my hotmail and I created another one with my gmail because I never use the hotmail for emails. I had no idea I couldn't merge them since they obviously are both mine! But anyway I had to remove my phone number from one account Then add it to the other. My husband also has an account so we try to shop on mine so we don't have to continue to switch phone numbers around to take advantage of the rewards. I nearly never figured it out. It's a mess with 3 accounts. I need an extra phone number! ha

    I just believe it's a total scam. They make you jump through hoops to try to redeem the money that they promise you and then at the end of it all there's an error or you still can't get it I'm now convinced it is a scam.
