I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

It wasn't easy but I finally figured it out. No help from Microsoft however. Just tie the $$ into a phone number not used often and set up the transfer.
I did get mine eventually. It took about 3 months from when it became available, and it was a lot of back and forth. I definitely felt like it was a scam for a while.
How? If you don' mind telling me. I am convinced this is a scam. They put you through hoops to try and get it. Even to change my email address I had to wait 30 days. Now it won't let me add my phone number.
You put people through hoops to try and get their money back. Then you recognize there is a problem with your website? This is a total SCAM
