I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback but can't!

I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

Thanks for nothing!!

    So I’ve looked through everyone’s else’s troubles but I think I’m the only one that has a whole different problem. So i have both a phone number and email on Microsoft cashback, but i just keep getting an error saying try again later. I’ve emailed Microsoft support with no response from them whatsoever. And i also had a problem with my phone number as well on my other account. I can’t even verify a phone number on that account. I was left with no response from the Microsoft teams and i just simply don’t know what to do.

    Is it going to have to go to your friend's PayPal account that's associated with that number?? Also, from some of the excuses that various Microsoft agents have given me, if a number is used, it can't be re-used, so your friend might have similar issues in the future.

    They probably have some tracking thing that cancels out any phone number near your area from being added to your account

    for some reason, it's only my phone number that's not allowed, I tried using a rando's phone number it worked just fine. Why? why when I'm about to withdraw it does stuffs like this?

    II don't know if this was already looked at it. I had the same problem trying to add my phone number. I had multiple microsoft accounts and one had also had my number I was trying to use for my cashback account. I deleted the number from that one and it let me add it.
