I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback but can't!

I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

Thanks for nothing!!

I haven't found anything on social media. I can only say I am hearing from folks just like us. They send us the email. We know we do have cash back coming from that little top spinning around when we go to order something. But maybe like every other corporation in America they are broke. I don't know what the sense of all this is except perhaps "TRACKING US". Scarey

Was anyone able to get a resolution? I am having the phone number issue. This is insane that they don't want to pay people back. Has anyone posted it on social media?
