I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback but can't!

I did the same thing. So now they have 2 phone numbers and they still have a problem. Thank you so much for your input. It's very kind of you and I appreciate it.

I used the cell phone number of a family member who did not have a microsoft account and it worked.

I changed my password and was able to cash out. Try changing your password.

I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.
