I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

2024-04-26T01:45:22+00:00 How? If you don' mind telling me. I am convinced this is a scam. They put you through hoops to try and get it. Even to change my email address I had to wait 30 days. Now it won't let me add my phone number.

2024-04-26T01:20:46+00:00 I did get mine eventually. It took about 3 months from when it became available, and it was a lot of back and forth. I definitely felt like it was a scam for a while.

2024-04-26T00:59:17+00:00 It wasn't easy but I finally figured it out. No help from Microsoft however. Just tie the $$ into a phone number not used often and set up the transfer.
