I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback but can't!

I tried to cash out my Microsoft cashback several times and I was told I had to add a phone number. I only have one and when I added it, the system said it could not be added and to choose another. I HAVE NO OTHER! So my cashback is in limbo. When I contacted customer support I was eventually sent an email telling me to contact MSA. Of course when I clicked on the link to MSA, I was met with a page which simply stated "This page isn’t working right now support.microsoft.com can't currently handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

Thanks for nothing!!

    Yeah, sorry to hear you're suffering through the same ordeal. I genuinely believe our money will stay in currency limbo. Microsoft support for this is all but nonexistent.

    Hello,

    Apparently, you didn't thoroughly read my message. I visited the website and attempted to enter my phone number and that was when I received the message "This alias cannot be added to your account. Please choose another alias." Again, I only have one phone number, as I would imagine most people do.

    To HTTP 500 error I tried to access this website on other devices and other browsers with the same results.

    Your response was no help at all. It should not be this difficult to cash out! This is absolutely ridiculous! Again, can someone actually help me?!

    I have the same issue. Try to get cash back. Says I need a phone number. Won't accept my phone number.

    Further, my Microsoft account has my cell phone number - I log in by having a code sent to that cell phone number. Why isn't it recognized for cashback?

    Same!! It's so frustrating! I've tried deleting number and re entering it. Same error over and over. It's like they want you to get frustrated and give up.
