Page jumps when I press Backspace key while typing a comment on Facebook

When typing comments in Facebook using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I use the backspace key on my keyboard, the entire window jumps up a page so where I was typing is now just off the top of my screen and I have to scroll up to see what I'm typing and if I have to use my backspace again, it scrolls off the top, again.
Is anyone else's Facebook page jumping like this? It only happens on Facebook too by the way.

2022-04-03T18:35:43+00:00 I have Windows 10 and use Firefox, and I also have this problem, except my comment box jumps to the bottom of my screen.

2022-04-04T19:25:45+00:00 I have the same issue in Edge and in Chrome. It does not happen in Firefox.
It would be nice if this could be solved. It's not enough to get me to go back to Firefox, but you never know.

2022-04-06T22:14:26+00:00 I have had the same issue for a couple of weeks now. I did a bunch of searching and the only thing that I have found that helps is to click in the comment section and before you start typing, hit Shift and Enter together. It will jump down a line and then you start typing your comment. I don't know why it works, but it is the only thing I have found as a work around for now.
