Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 10

When typing comments in Facebook using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I use the backspace key on my keyboard, the entire window jumps up a page so where I was typing is now just off the top of my screen and I have to scroll up to see what I'm typing and if I have to use my backspace again, it scrolls off the top, again.
Is anyone else's Facebook page jumping like this? It only happens on Facebook too by the way.

Firefox has worked for me in place of Chrome and Edge.
Like what I did last week, I reported to Facebook under Report a Problem, I also videotaped and sent video to show the problem. Please, I would like most of you to do the same report with your videos so we hope will get our answers sooner. Thanks.
Pardon my ignorance... To make my window smaller, I use "Ctl -" and "Ctl +" to make the window...larger... When I do either of these commands, I don't see what the Zoom is set to... How do I know what setting i'm on?
