When typing comments in Facebook using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I use the backspace key on my keyboard, the entire window jumps up a page so where I was typing is now just off the top of my screen and I have to scroll up to see what I'm typing and if I have to use my backspace again, it scrolls off the top, again.
Is anyone else's Facebook page jumping like this? It only happens on Facebook too by the way.

What has been helpful for some, myself included, is to go to settings and adjust the zoom. It seems anywhere from 75% to 90%. Also what works for me may not work for you. My screen may be 75% then have to adjust to 85 or 90 percent. But it did stop the screen jumping and helped to see what I am typing.
Most people seem to be having success with reducing the size of the browser screen from 100% to 70, 80, or 90% To be honest I am not sure how or when it happened but I stopped having the issue. I did report it to Facebook but I am extremely doubtful that had anything to do with it since others are continuing to experience it. Wish I were more helpful. Good luck!
Did you ever get an answer? How do we make it stop? I work better when I can see what I type!
Thank you for this tip. I use Chrome and have the problem. For a while I've been editing comments outside of Facebook and then pasting them in. In my case I resolved the problem (based on your idea) by REDUCING zoom from 100% to 95%.
The same has been happening to me and I'm using Windows 10 and Chrome browser.
