Page jumps when I press Backspace key while typing a comment on Facebook

When typing comments in Facebook using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I use the backspace key on my keyboard, the entire window jumps up a page so where I was typing is now just off the top of my screen and I have to scroll up to see what I'm typing and if I have to use my backspace again, it scrolls off the top, again.

Is anyone else's Facebook page jumping like this? It only happens on Facebook too by the way.

    Hi,
I had same problem on chrome, but i found it happens when "Zoom" is at 67% or below, but it stops happening at 75% or above(in my case).

Yes, mine is doing the same thing.

But it also jumps up and down the page whenever I hit the Shift key or type a few letters.

It's made Facebook utterly unusable. It's driving me insane.

    I'm using Edge, not Chrome.

The solution that worked for me was to change the display scale on the display settings. It was set to the default 150% so I changed it to 125% and that worked for me. Just changing the browser scale didn't work.
