Keep Edge Up to Date

You sparked my curiosity & tried what I think would be similar to what you describe.

Did no trouble-shooting (Nothing had given me reason)

Cleared nothing (Although, that is set to hourly, 

Made sure opening page would be msn.ca, which has heaps of "article boxes below". 

Killed any Edge tabs/windows.

Opened browser

Loaded fully, basically instantly, certainly, no hang or partial/staggered populating of material from top to bottom.

Unless this is not what was you meant.  If it is/was then, for me, no such issue as you mention.

Think I should feed my mouse Red Bull, help it keep up with this browser.

Hi Drew,

         Thank-You for the added information on the switches. I also noticed that you asked others if they see any speed difference. "Yes" I find it faster than before and truly enjoy it. the only hiccup I've noticed with the new build is I find that when you first launch Edge there is a Definite  "Hang" to the front home page and is only adding some of the article boxes below. But after a few seconds it will load the whole home page. I've cleared all the Cash/cookies/etc. and tried several trouble shooting tips with no luck. I believe it is only a temporary Hiccup, and I know MS will get it worked out soon. Because I see that there are other members with the same hiccup that they are posting about up here on the board. 

Some times these things need a couple of days to get everything working properly 👍😊

Please, take another look.  There was a flag missing.  It is there, now; added & happens to be at the bottom of the list.

Are any of you noticing Edge 88 is screaming fast?  Anyone finding a bump in performance? ⚡

This is rather neat, too...

FYI: With Edge 88, Rt Clk an image > Search the web for image & it is, actually, Bing Visual Search, it goes to BVS.  Only there IF Rt Clking an image, not if searching highlighted text.
