In addition to Edge Copilot icon, now, being Click to Open & Close, and no longer hover.
Here are some more things to notice that are, now, in Edge GA.
Immersive reader & Read aloud are, now in one icon or button
Also, you will see terrific thumbnails upon hover with your History listings. 👍👍
Delete browsing data is, now, in the Edge ellipsis menu

Edge Settings migrating to WebUI2 to boost page responsiveness and introducing a series of minor visual and content upgrades to improve overall usability and utility. This includes optimizing for concise wording of individual settings, simplifying the number of pages and reorganizing content, and creating a cohesive user interface.
