If Edge is installed on Windows 7, will I have to setup Edge again once I upgrade?

If I upgrade to Windows 10 and I have Microsoft Edge installed on Windows 7, will I have to set up Microsoft Edge again when I first upgrade to Windows 10?

(I don't have Windows 7, I'm just asking out of curiosity.)

It's possible, but I doubt it. It's the same Edge browser so it should not have a problem Upgrading.

But to be sure I would back up my Favorites from Edge first:
