before in place upgrade i have error 0x800f081 or 0x80070002 when i try to install KB5015818, after in place upgrade installation goes well, i have used release preview iso for build 22621.

all answers are yes release preview ring has same code as public released updates it is for test code on larger number of pc.
after automatically OP Out pc you will get updates as normally user.

Thay are debug and diagnostic data and Onley send when Screen Of Deth is present or app is hanged and when you make report in feedback hub about it, recorded bug data are accessible to Microsoft engineers, visible for others are only text descriptions of reported bugs in feedback hub that they can add or upvote similar bugs,
your pc configuration
installed drivers and its version
and memory dump of processes related to bug that you reported
current state of components related to reported bugs
