Update: It didn't work, it said settings are unavailable right now or something along those lines.

So this didn't work for me aswell, it told me that access is denied both ways despite being the only user on this PC aswell as doing it in cmd admin

You have to restart your PC in recovery mode and use the command line from there. CMD in Administrator mode won't do it.

Yes, the access is denied, if you read my previous post, it tells you how to do it to get over the access denied.
