This looks interesting, according to the Blog, they have a fix in Build 22621.436, perhaps you will have to wait for the same fix.

2022-07-19T17:02:44+00:00 It's garbage. This problem has been going for weeks and micro$oft does not seem to be concerned.
@Alan_Micro,
Plenty of reports, just upvote the collection in FBH and wait for the next update.
You can use a third-party ISO as suggested in previous posts if you don't want to wait.
This update was released on July 12, today is July 19 so it has just been one week. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 7/17/2022
OS build 22621.232
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22632.1000.0
I've been trying to reproduce these errors reported in this thread, but I could never get it to fail regardless of how I do the update with W.U. or ISO.
3 Different machines never got any of the reported errors. 🤷♂️
I have no idea what the difference could be. 😎😎
