2022-07-13T09:46:28+00:00 Keep trying. CMD/SFC/Scannow might help, but probably won't in most cases, didn't for me.
Might also be worth repairing or fixing Windows Update via the repair button.

Which Build are you updating from?
I did one from 22621.169 to 22621.232 without any problem.
Then a second machine from 22621.1 to 22621.232 got stuck on downloading 7% for quite some time and then had to hit install all twice to get it moving. Now it is waiting for a restart.
I may wait till KB890830 is done before I try to restart.
This one too completed fine without errors.
