2021-08-12T21:46:48+00:00 In this build 22000.132 and on the previous build 22000.120 for my Beta PC I see a Yellow Triangle in Windows Security with actions recommended.
If I look in Windows Security I see the same. No actions are clickable, all I get is "You will need a new app to open this Windows Defender Link.
Look for an app in the Store."

Hi Davy,
Had the same problem in previous Build .120 on updates I did from 21H1 to Beta 22000.120
I fixed my problem with a simple Power Shell elevated Command:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
After that all the Windows security links worked correctly again.
