    On the laptop, it downloaded via WU (beta channel), got to about 10% installed, stayed there for a while, then went back to Downloading 0-100% again. I've never had that happen before. Now it was stuck at Installing 82% for 10 min, then slowly up to 85%.

    Both Dev and Beta downloaded and installed with no issues. Solitaire still bugged in the store. Will play more later.
