I don't see Windows Terminal in Start context menu, where did it go?
Also, what happened to "Background Apps"? used to be in Privacy & Security > Apps permissions. I have an app requesting access to background tasks, both toggle switches are ON but the app keeps asking.

The (Shift + Restart) Process1_Initialization_Failed is now gone with 22000.132.
The 22000.132 ISO looks OK from a couple of tests I tried.
