Look at your Random 4K Q32 T16 Write, 2116 MBs Win 10 and 1154 on Win 11.
Is your 970 EVO Plus 1TB on a laptop or desktop?
Mine is in an Asus AMD Ryzen laptop and only get 750-850MBs Random Write.
