Here is a sample right after updating to 22000.132, the store starts with the old version, but you can see that the new store is in the pending queue and updates right after the other apps.

If I remember correctly, when I updated one machine to 22000.xxx without being enrolled on insider channel, it did not update the MS store version. Then after switching to insider it got the new MS Store.
