CO-Release Build 21370 is out to Dev Channel

Install complete, and both issues (.net and Brother HL-5240) resolved.  Dragging a little on Windows lunch and app launch compared to the last few, but that will probably settle in after a day or so.

Something did not look right with this printer. 

I had to uninstall the HP 1020 Drivers and reinstall them again, then finally the printer HP LaserJet 1020 shows up also in the Print queues with build 21370.1.

Still showing SSD instead of HDD, DISK1 below is an HDD. Looks like the fix did not make it this time either.
