From the icons on your Taskbar it looks as though
you are using a 3rd party program/app to change the icons.
as in the Start button.
Yes CK, appears to be Stardock WindowBlinds, Start10 or similar. They would not be compatible with the new code.

I have the program Open Shell installed for over a year, to give the Windows 10 Start menu the Windows 7 look. I also have Quick Launch Icons on the bottom left (carriers over as it was on Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10). All I know is that for the past year I've never had an issue with the Taskbar or the Systray Icons before this current build. I even did uninstall Open Shell so Win 10 would not have any skin and the Taskbar/Systray icons are still having problems. Even tried going back to an older Nvida driver, and then updating to the most current.
Like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words :-)

Perhaps you could add what you are using to get that display with the LNK (for just symbolic link) and the Attributes 😉Thanks.
File explorer is showing AL in the attributes for the same links.

Speaking of drivers...
Surprised this is not mentioned in the blogs from WIP. Not sure how long this has existed, but it IS in 21370. Device Manage View (tab) has some 'new' views involving Drivers. You can see what is circled in red does not currently exist
