I had originally got the registry file from Winaero about 4yrs back. It was called "Add Settings to the Context Menu" Had to edit it as some items are not displayed in Settings today, such as Cortana. You could start there, it also included another reg file to remove.

Edit: This worked better than original had (cleaner appearance), removal reg worked as well. Had to delete the "Mixed Reality category" as that does not exist in Settings anymore. Easy to figure out.
