Something did not look right with this printer. I had to uninstall the HP 1020 Drivers and reinstall them again, then finally the printer HP LaserJet 1020 shows up also in the Print queues with build 21370.1. See snapshots below:

Install complete, and both issues (.net and Brother HL-5240) resolved. Dragging a little on Windows lunch and app launch compared to the last few, but that will probably settle in after a day or so.

Since the release notes make no mention of fixing the vexing searchapp.exe crashes (aka Search flat-out doesn't work for some) that arose several builds ago, it's probably finally fixed. Nope.
